Channitor Subscriptions

Channitor offers a free tier of a few channels to allow you to have as much time as you need to learn how the product works, without feeling rushed to sign up.

Once you're ready to track a substantial number of Watched Channels, you'll have to upgrade through the Channitor App Home in the Slack app.

Watched Channels vs Channels

Channitor billing is calculated by the number of Watched Channels you are able to use. This is different than the number of public & private channels in your workspace. You are always in control of the number of Watched Channels that affect your billing tier, and the number of channels in the workspace has no effect on which billing tier you fall into.

Manage Subscription

You can access the subscription management from the App Home by:

  • Clicking the About Channitor button next to the 💡 Help button.
  • Clicking Manage billing. This will then bring you the modal shown in the example image below, where you can upgrade via Stripe.

Downgrade/Cancel your Subscription
