Form Builder

To modify a Request form for a Stream, select 📋 Form builder from the overflow menu () in the **Streams** section of the app home.

ℹ️ The Current request form is shown at the top of the modal.

Start by choosing a field from the select menu across from the 1) under New request form.

ℹ️ Use the 🌱 Clone current form button to start from the current Request form.

You can remove the most recently added field using the ❌ Step back button.

⚠️ Request forms can have a maximum of 11 fields.

Changes to your request form are applied immediately and may apply in integrated components (Sheets).
